How do I apply?
- Complete the PMFB loan application form which you may pick up from any of our branches.
- Submit your application plus all supporting documents to the client service officer in your branch
- 2 (two) recent passport size photographs
- Valid means of identification (National Driver’s Licence, National ID card, International Passport or Employer Issued ID Card)
- Letter of employment and employer’s letter of undertaking

Premium Value Added Saving Account (PREVASA)
The PMFB ‘PREVASA’ is a hybrid savings account that combines the benefits of a savings account with the convenience of a current account to facilitate personal and third party withdrawals.

- Minimum balance of N3,000.00
- Interest payable if no more than 3 withdrawals a month
